At ARAZ Fuel Systems, “Fueling Young Minds” is more than a program , it’s our commitment to building talent pipelines in underserved communities. By combining our expertise in fuel logistics with hands-on STEM education, we’re investing in the next generation of engineers, technologists, and problem-solvers.
Representation matters. When children from underserved communities see someone who looks like them leading in fuel and energy, it reshapes what they believe is possible.
Through STEMS, I want to be that example- especially for Hispanic youth who may not yet see themselves in STEM or energy careers.

The ARAZ Fuel Systems STEMS Initiative connects fuel logistics with education to build future-ready talent, creates access to STEM for underserved communities, and empowers the next generation through representation, opportunity, and innovation.
ARAZ Fuel Systems collaborated with the Richmond Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a fellow Hispanic woman-owned Spanish immersion school to launch a community-driven STEMS initiative, focused on expanding access to bilingual STEM education and inspiring Hispanic youth to pursue careers in energy, technology, and logistics.

Honored to share our Fueling Young Minds Initiative with Governor Youngkin—highlighting the power of education, innovation, and opportunity across Virginia.

Our Fueling Young Minds book is available in both Spanish and English and designed to be interactive, allowing parents and children to learn and engage together.
It introduces young readers to energy, safety, and STEM careers in a fun, accessible way, building early curiosity about how technology and fuel power our world.
Proud to share this initiative and its impact with Governor Youngkin as part of Virginia’s broader commitment to education, innovation, and workforce development.
